Besides, it's not like anyone suggested we be called "The Pussycats."

Werewolf wrote:Being creative is one thing, but that name makes no sense at all... it should make a little sense even if only the by slightest related to it's subject.

I agree "The Pack" is a bit general and I've said that, maybe I am being a bit too serious but I would really like the name to best reflect werewolf fans is that so wrong?

If you want something cute and funny how about "Cubbies" or "Tail Chasers", I'm all for being creative but picking a random funny name for something that really doesn't fit what it is intended for is not being creative at all... it would be me going up to someone named Tom and calling him Dave :P
Seriously, that option should not even be on the poll. However, someone from the "Werewolves choosing to infect others" thread come up with a great name for us (serious) die-hard werewolf fans.

"The Bitten"

Either that or "The Pack" I really like.

In all honestly however, this is a serious board about a serious (and hopefully good) werewolf movie in pre-production. "Duckies" as humorous as it is is not appropiate.

The Bitten sounds good too but it can also relate to vampires and Duckies is funny but not serious enough for a serious movie.
We should keep it simple like The Pack or The Howlers .
The Lycanthropes would be also a good idea, since it actually relates to werewolves.

I put my vote in, The Pack. It just sounds the best.

I can't believe people actually voted Duckies. That was a joke. People weren't supposed to actually vote on it. :? *sighs heavily* and we can't use MoonStrcuk for two reasons: It is the title of a copywrighted book and the title of a movie. So that's got to go...

Still only 10 votes?

Come On everyone! This will effect ALL of us. Vote for your favorite name, or explain why you are waiting, but do not remain silent.

Part of the problem is that a lot of people already voted, and aren't interested in the debate. They don't return to the thread. They don't know it's been reset. Twice.

And, dammit, I really wanted to be called a Duckie in the credits. Oh well... Pack it is, I guess...

I feel your pain...
I wanted to be a Duckie, but, alas, it's not to be.
Now, if you'll excuse me, I'm going to go to my room, lock the door, and snort quack until I bleed out of my ears.

Wouldn't it be surprizing if "Duckies" was mentioned in the film and not in the credits?

Hmmm...16 votes now. Since less than 20 people have really remained active on this forum, and half of the Members have never even posted a comment, I think this is about as conclusive as this poll is going to get.

Looks like "The Pack" is the winner. 8) ...probobly...

...almost certainly...

...when does this poll end anyway?...
