They're REAL!
Here's a question I haven't seen on this page, and perhaps it should be considered.
Here's the situation:
The Newspapers are out with Headlines saying "They're Real: Werewolves exist!"
The Talking Heads on the News are all yakking on the same thing: The discovery of Werewolves of the species "Homo Sapiens Lupens Var. Brownrigg" in virtually every city and most towns throughout the United States.
There are Interviews with Real, Shifting-on-the Air, Werewolves.
No Joke...They are real, defying relativity and several other things.
What are your reactions?
>If there is a Pack in your city.
>If you discover your Neighbors are Were's...
>What do you do?

i'd be cautious of the situation. it would be tempting to go out and seek it, but it could lead to nasty crisis. werewolves may end up facing nasty persicution. As much as i would like lycanthropy, in that situation, i'd rather retian full humanity, so that, hopefully, i'd be more able to work to protect a new lycanthropic population, as well as the population in general.
once the social situation becomes somewhat stable, i'd be much more up for joining

Asterisk section: I don't believe in lycanthropy, or at least I don't believe I'm a lycanthrope. If I was a werewolf I wouldn't have gotten cataracts or cancer.
That being said...
I'm with Kintetsu. Becoming a werewolf is a major life change and I'm not jumping into anything like that without thoroughly forearming myself and putting a brace of self-imposed conditions on it, not the least of which being how my horse and cat would react to me. Cat would probably have a heart attack, horse would probably wrap his heart around it sooner or later (he comes from a recent line of bullfighting horses and his ancestors survived that and the worst the collective European war machine could throw at anyone for a time frame extending from the Roman Empire to WWI — what's a werewolf compared to cannonfire and mustard gas?).
Post-bite...I'd probably operate for a time as a solo before joining or forming a pack. Given the current state of sociopolitical tides in the world, being a visible solo operator could be a bad thing so I'd go hermit during the transitional phase.

Somebody was bored.
Ooookaaay.
Let say you wanted to be a werewolf. You ask the werewolf to bite you. But he says..."It doesn't work that way. You have to be BORN as a werewolf. Me biting you won't make you turn into one.
What will you do next?

I read, you can get out of debt alright, you just have to stop wasting money going to the A-kon and buying figurines.Figarou wrote:Shadow Wulf wrote:Dreams, can't always come true, no matter how hard you try.
