No Legend of Zelda references here... thanks in part to the PACK, I've gotten my web directory up to well over 100 links (120s right now) and will now inagurate link wars. I don't know how many places I'll get the chance to leave this message, but here's how it will work.
Anyone can rate links, and (as far as I know) any registered user can leave comments with website links. Once per week that I'm not playing in the field or generally busy doing Army stuff, I will post a quick list (or maybe just a link) to the top 25 sites in each of two categories:

They're pretty self explanatory. If you'd like to submit a link to Paradice Net to participate, registration is free. All links that are submitted will show up after they've been approved by me.
Prizes will be announced as the winners are announced. This is assuming there will be prizes (aside from getting to say - I was in 1st place!). I am slightly better off than flat broke.
