and doing too much US government homework.I was thinking what kind of government would you make for a nation or the whole world if you wanted to?
Me,
it would be similar to the democratic federal government of the United States. Instead of three branches their would be four. Executive, Judicial, legislative, and finally finical. the first three would their jobs but the finical would take take of the budgeting and other money handling stuff. This is here to keep the legislative branch keep getting them selves raises and putting the government in debt, also the finical would take care of taxes.
And to keep them from doing the same thing as our congress is doing. their will be some checks and balances to keep that from happening.
Also the Judaical branch will have some restrictions and more checks and balances (because those old farts have too much power)
There will be the same bill of rights but the government have no sedious libel to protect it.
There will be a free capitalist economy but the larger businesses accounting practices and how it treats is consumers and employees will be monitored by the government to protect the public from corporate greed and corruption.
And politicians will only have three terms of any office to protect the public from corruption and old white farts that out lived their usefulness and don't know the slightest idea what to do in a drastically changed world from their era.

*kudos to you* however your system is flawed aswell, the Judicial Branch has only one power that's worth anything and that's judicial review, and that's only one flaw. Why wouldn't the financial branch just give themselves raises or their buddies in Congress?
