Hehe, Bruce does this every time he climbs the stairs.

Sometimes I call him upstairs just to see him do it.

That's cute!

My cat's the same. He sits on the most precarious spots, tail hanging over the edge, on the railing and the top bits, and then calls to us and walks along it. He fell into the water bowl yesterday too when he tried to flip off me and onto the bench for his food bowl.

Got a wet butt I can tell you!
