In a story I've written, in some distant future, the werewolves have been able to procreate, but I'm not excluding them being helped by military scientists or some such..Anyhow, their progeny are werewolves right from the beginning, unsure if they can turn into humans, but they're not reliant on the moon, and thus they are the ww's new weapon, which will win the war against humans for them. It's not exactly easy winning a war when you can only fight once a month..hehe..though, I have no idea what would happen if a human and a lycan had kids, if that's even possible..it would probably be a very hairy kid..and those exist around the world.
.? That is the problem with you mortals, you die too easily. You hardly fight back. A couple of pitiful screams and a little squirming and you are done. I can hardly call it satisfactory."

What's the point? They got their Keanu Reeves now...
