We have Owls in the UK, I've encountered a few out in the woods too. In fact, they're so ubiquitous near where I live that we even have an Owl sanctuary nearby, I've gone there a few times, it's a pretty interesting place.

But in all my time around Owls, I've never seen one do that! Crazy!

They are fun, aren't they? I love listening to birds, too. That's why I'll occasionally try to catch them arguing in the early morning, it's often rather entertaining.

And speaking of birds, there's one new one around here with the most bizarre call I've ever heard, and I'm now reminded that I really must find out what it is...

That was pretty freaky looking when it turns all skinny with narrow eyes... lol

My pet bird does the first one though. When she is scared, she will spread her wings open and hang upside down from her perch. She looks like a bat
