Huh?

Ah. Not really fur, and my other examples hold. Interesting nonetheless.

Well hair and fur are the same thing, it's just that fur usually has a couple of different types of hair. Anyway I said that because of this story I heard: As they were doing the clinical trials on minoxidil, a lot of the subjects started growing hair on ther foreheads. What happened was after they applied it to their head, they would go to sleep and the medication would get wiped off on the pllow and on to the forehead.

i wasnt really trying to insult the person but rather the appearance as he shifted.... just looks ugly as all hell.. XD and yes in werewolf in london he does look pretty kick a** when fully transformed.... and about the becoming covered in fur and growing a tail.... are you a werewolf by chance?... in people minds today the werewolf is a mythalogical creature who shifts from man to wolf, i hear alot of people calling werewolves lycanthropes.... which im pretty sure is a mental disorder where the sufferer has dilusions that they are themselves a wolf... where as shapeshifters such as a few in native american lore, actually change form becoming either full animal what ever it may be, or something inbetween.... i know i have like a million and one misspellings and what have you but, the words hold the same idea even if my mentality could be called into question. ?? i think im just confuseing myself.....go on.....go about your merry lives... nothing to see here... no crazy guy ranting about random subjects........ feel free to shoot him later..preferably in the head.... as we all know it works better :splodey: ......... :science:
If wolves were meant to run free, than why am i caged?

How are you so sure about that?

Because those last two require bone growth and bones don't grow after puberty?

What if what? What if a white dwarf slams into the sun, causing a massive chain reaction destroying all life on Earth?

Considering the cells resposible for bone growth die after puberty it's really not possible.

Why should it only be the cells that couse the transformation?

Hmm?

Well, considering that the human body is made up entirely of cells (with the exception of various structures in the eyes, calcificated parts of bones, etc)
what else would be doing the changing?

No, it's you who doesn't get it. Any change that goes on in the body is eventually going to have to act upon the cellular level. Increases in bone size consistant with tail growth or a conversion from plantigrade to digitigrade stance aren't going to happen without growth plates.

Actually I like it better when hes like this, the fully transformed one just looks fat and the fur doesnt seem right.

You know, it's really convenient how it's always the other person's fault that they don't get what you're saying.

This is irrelevant, no?

What, for you, differentiates between a "furry" and a gestalt-form werewolf? I would think the latter would be MORE wolflike, if anything.
I rather see more human-elements, because anything else will make it look like a cartoon-character.
