I was reading an anime insider and it said they were gonna make a few movies from some anime and evangelion was one of them has anybody ever heard anything of it.

Neon Genesis Evangelion

I'm too tired to say much more than that. It was strange and not anything like what I usually watch, but it had a certain appeal.

Rumors of an Evangelion movie (live action), have been swimming around for a couple years now. In fact, I have an issue of Anime Insider here that talks about it.

...the publication date is Feb, 2004.

Eva would be hard to do live action of..... and considering all the Eva anime episodes, they'd have to make several sequels to just get all the stuff in.....i think it be a rather silly thing to do a live action show of.....at least 50% of the movie would have to be CGI.....
