You have to upload it to a hosting site such as http://www.photobucket.us. then past the url of the picture with the [img]url[/img] like that.

EDIT* I meant to put in image shack. I dont even know if that is the correct url for photobucket since you have to sign up and everything.

Just upload your picture with www.imageshack.us (in my case its Myspace, but it doesn't matter). Then select the link of your image. Copy, and paste it into your post and type [img]at%20the%20beginning%20of%20your%20link%20and[/img] at the end of your link.
