The wallpaper...

Post by Wolfess »

The Freeborn computer wallpaper with the paw is awesome and I've had it as my wallpaper for days... But! Just recently, I've discovered something :o : In the sides of it, there is written something: (Correct me if I am wrong)

Bean mo chroi
Ni heloas so haontios

What does it mean? Just curious.

Yeah, how? And in spite of not being able to speak Spanish, the first part doesn't really sound Spanish... The second may, but still... ??

It's Gaelic for "all your base are belong to us."

I could care less if I am a "freak". I don't care what other people think about me. I am me. I am different from the masses of society in unique and profound ways, anyway. Being physically different would trouble me not

If I remember correctly the traslation is "Woman of my heart there is no knowledge without unity." I remember this being said somewhere.

So, do we know for sure or should be ask Anthony?

What Ancient said made a little more sense, though, when thinking of the plot of the movie.

If I am translating correctly and I could be wrong seeing as my translating skills aren't as they should be, but to the best of my knowledge. what Ancient said is correct.
I can say the words are deffinatly Gaelic though or at least I'm 99.9% sure.

The language is Irish/Gaelic.

bean mo chroi-woman of my heart
pronounced "bann muh kree"

ni heolas go haontios-there is no knowledge without unity (or more proscially and less actually) you don't know a person until you live with them.
pronounced "NEE HYOL -uss guh HEEN-tuss"
