It has to link to the page it's on, not the image. They still qualify that as direct linking. I say use the site I mentioned before or PhotoBucket, like Were Dono mentioned.

These are the last two desktops I used.

Old one that I might come back to:

Eh. Got a slideshow of stuff from the Hubble Space telescope labeled "Stars and Dust". Buddy that works at JPL as a Stellar Physics bigbrain got it for me as a b'day giftie. There are over three hundred mind blowing pictures on it, and they cycle every thirty seconds (from my hard drive).

Sometimes, I just blank the Icons and stare at it; there is nothing man can do that even approaches a root value of what "nature" can accomplish, when it comes to heart-stopping beauty.

That's my desktop. Me likes it! :D

Looks that way, at least a twenty four inch screen?

I just found out, I counted how many icons I can have each way and figured it was the same size as my screen, just on a higher resolution, what is yours set on?

Well, here's a screenshot of my desktop after cleaning off about over half the icons that were originally on it. And after that I changed the wallpaper since my other one was really getting old:

And here's my start menu for anyone that's curious (try to see if you can at least find one shortcut/folder for a game :P):

Lucky for me that I actually have a legit version of Photoshop. Otherwise my whole view is that people don't NEED to have Photoshop instead of GIMP. Since some people just need something for basic image editing and inking. And besides, the work I do in Photoshop could be done exactly equivalent in The GIMP. It actually grinds my gears when someone just walks out and buys the entire Creative Suite 2 JUST to do very basic photo enhancement.

Is there more than just the one?

"Maxis" is the only one (which has SimCity 4). This computer reaaaally lacks any type of gaming apps. All I have is stuff for development. Hopefully I'll get more once I get my new computer, heheheheh.

That was the only one I saw, Maxis always reminds me of "The Sims" then Sim City.
I do not have a single game on my system, it can handle most just fine, more if I bought a better graphics card, just have not go around to buying games.

While I am here, current desktop.

Harder to find widescreen Wolf wallpaper, and pictures that take place in the spring, summer.

I like a very simple desktop, I keep programs that are used often on the main start menu.
