I voted eyes, but my first thought was genitals.
Not saying that getting balls-eyed doesn't hurt, but consider. Ever gotten something stuck under your contact lens, even something like an eyelash? Egads. Instant heat, pain, eye tearing uncontrollably, the other eye closes sympathetically and there's nothing you can do for it but take the lens out and cleanse it real good. And both sexes have eyes and can have contact lenses...

Which is why I stick to glasses.
Yeah. Ignoring gentalia, eyeballs are probably the most sensative. Due to having thin skin, not usually being touched by anything save the eyelid, instinctive fear of eyeball-injury (and therefore, panicked reactions) etc.

In hunter safety classes they teach you to poke a downed animal in the eye with something to make sure it's dead. If it blinks or shies, it isn't, get the hell away real fast. But if it doesn't move or flinch, you're safe to proceed. Eyes are so sensitive that touching them will trigger a reflex reaction.

Look! The way I see it is this. If a male werewolf gets kicked in the balls.. it's well.. lets just say he'll go down faster than Monica Lewinsky on Bill Clinton.
Just don't be around when he finally recovers. Infact, don't be in the same state as the werewolf.

Yeah, If It's a MALE werewolf, otherwise, you got nothing to really kick.
However, I would think that along the lines of ears, would be the Nose/Muzzle, as Wolves and Canines in general rely on Scent for a lot of things, including the marking of Terriotory.
You can tell a lot about a person from the scent trail they leave behind.

Then what's the most sensitive area of a female werewolf? (Or is this question just asking for trouble?)

Are you asking for a female equivalent to getting kicked in the balls?
I'm not really sure. It wouldn't be breasts, despite what some people are saying. I suppose the closest thing would be the clitoris. However, since it's about the size of a pencil eraser or a dime I doubt anyone would actually attempt to attack that particular area.
If you're in battle against a female werewolf, the best strategy would probably be to target areas that are weak for both sexes.

Also to the boys out there:
Please don't try to suggest that getting kicked in the balls is somehow worse (or can even remotely be compared to) childbirth. That's just asking for an unnecessary and irrelevant argument (to which there is no solution to whatsoever, since I'm pretty sure nobody has ever actually been kicked in the balls and also managed to go through childbirth).

So, saying "Your shoelace is untied" won't work?
How about offering a foot massage?

Though you are right that would be a very sensitive area.

I dunno what it feels like to give birth. I know only that when I get kicked in the sensitive place, whole body gets paralyzed. When it hits straight in the target, you can barely raise your arm
