cause I tend to feel adrenaline during battle or sport play when the action is in heat (feel like my body can catch up to my imagination movement, faster reflex movement, not tired these happen because adrenaline right?)

Depends on your motivation for sex, in other words, your sexuality. if you're having sex with the human form, and you like the human form only, and either don't know about the wolf form(s) or otherwise are not interested in the wolf in a sexual way, then it's not bestiality.

However, if you are interested in having sex with a werewolf specifically because the wolf elements in the relationship is what drives things, and it's the wolf form that's most appealing, then probably yes, it could be argued that's bestiality.

There's probably nit picky little issues that make it something else entirely, and there's debate over romantic inclinations toward anthropomorphic characters, but in the most basic sense, as I understand them, that's how things would play out in sexuality terms.
