I think perhaps a reevaluation of which smilies are available on the quick reply menu is in order.

For example:

I don't think this  and this hwlwnk should be on there. They're very similar.

These rvt :shift: 8) hardly ever seem to be used. And this :? and this ?? are both very similar, and I don't think both are needed on the quick reply menu.

There are a couple others that I think would be more appropiate, like the blowing up one, the googly eyed one, and maybe the caffeinated one. They seem to be used fairly often. Or, perhaps more smilies could simply be added to the quick menu?

Well, it would be nice if there was a mod that can let me move emoticons around. But there isn't.

Aww....the kiss one is soo cute!

I think you should make another like that but instead the wolf that just got kissed barfs, or just in some form or way shows his displeasure to the fact he/she was kissed.

Having the other wolf go "Bleh" is funnier than having it barf.

I didn't mean that I wanted to get rid of emoticons, just move some off of the quick reply menu and move some that currently aren't on this menu to it. But, unfortunately, that is impossible.

Well not impossible, probably just very hard at the most. I'll have to take a look at how the board chooses which icons to display on the panel later to see what can be done about re-ordering them.

When I add a new wolf emoticon, its at the bottom of the list. If I want to put something at the top, I need to delete all of the wolf emoticons and then upload them again. The 1st 20 I upload will end up in the Quick reply section. The rest will end up in the "View more Emoticons" section.

Yeah, that has to do with how phpBB pulls the icons from the database. It can probably be changed.

If it was a few wolf emoticons, I don't mind changing them around.

But there is 190 of them in the list!! :o I don't want to upload them one at a time.

That would be the "very hard" way. I'd have to look at the code to see if there is an easier way.

But right now, I'm watching CSI, and looking at pictures of wolves.

Of course. The "very hard" way is the "only way" I know.

Actually I adjusted the levels. The blacks weren't black, so it needed adjustment.
