hmm, a prehensile tail is tempting, but a wolf tail is SO much cooler.
so i'd go with the wolf tail.

we already established that your tailbone is higher up on your posterior and therefore would not get in the way.... unless it is a solid backed chair, and I am sure they would make the tail able to rest comfortably against your back if needed.

It depends on the type of tail though some can't bend comfortably

Well seeing as how it will have to be geneticaly engeneered or grafted onto your body, the doctors would allow it to. I would hope.....

But then it wouldn't be a pure wolfs tail, and it would counter balance your already naturaly ballanced body, unless you had a beer-belly

That's not much of a problem though. It's not like you fall over every time you put a backpack on.
