Nah, unless somebody goes to great lengths to prove me wrong, I never will. Reason being that I can't just re-color the ones we have -- I'd need to make a new one.
So

to your custom emoticons.

Actually, its not new. You should thank Terastas for that emoticon. It was his idea. I had to make it for him.

It'll take a few days.

Do a search. I think a Llama icon has already been made.

You know Figarou, I actually tried that, and I did manage to change the colors from orange to blue, but for some reason whenever I try to save it as a GIF file, it always comes out this really dark shade of purple instead.
But whatever -- I don't need an emoticon. Then somebody else would just use it in an anim like this:

.gif files are
highly compressed. Once the file has been saved and compiled, the only available colors become the ones used in the original image. (Meaning, if there were no blue spots on the original image, it will not allow you to add blue, but will instead substitute the closest color available on the palette.) The only way I have found around this problem, (so far), is to create a new "RAW" image with all colors available, then paste the old image into it, edit it to your hearts content with a full rainbow of colors, and then save it as a .gif again.

I'm not sure what you mean. Are you saying that when you save the image from the website, the file on your computer refuses to open in Photoshop? If so, I'm afraid I have no idea how to fix it.

Generally in Photoshop and the GIMP, there is an option to change from indexed color (like the GIF format) to RGB color (try Image > Mode > RGB) without having to make a completely new image. If you want to add new colors that did not exist in the original palette, change it to RGB, then it will automatically index a new, optimized palette when you save as GIF.

I could've done it to Vilkacis and Vuldari's icons. They'll just turn around and do the same to mine. That or something worse. So I decided not to mess with thier icons.
Bubba-The Redneck Werewolf is a fictional character. Even though he is getting nuked, no harm has come to him. Its like those old WB cartoons when a bomb blows up in thier face, they just end up all black or have no fur.

You know what gave me the idea? The cuckoo clock in the movie "Cursed."
Making the clock was easy. Figuring out how to make the hands move to 3 o'clock and have the wolf come out to howl while seeing the pendulum move without pausing was tough!!
WOOO!!! I'm on top of page 8!!
