Don't Worry, Be Happy played on theremin. Never heard of the instrument before, but it seems pretty awesome.

As for the theremin... the best known theremin part in popular music is that weird noise at the start of the Beach Boys' "Good Vibrations". The Muttonbirds (the band, not the sooty shearwaters) also have theremin parts in a couple of their songs, including their version of "Don't Fear the Reaper" (from the end credits of "The Frighteners").
