Think of it this way. You'll out do your father's and my home theater when new technology arrives. Seen those movies that has futuristic gadgets? Like a mirror that turns into a TV screen? Or using that same screen to see who your talking to when the phone rings? It could happen in the future.
Sweet, I should have you begging to see mine one day.

Ofcource, as I said, I fear it would be too expensive of a hobby to get into. I'm afriad of paying butt-loads of money for speakers to put around the sides, or a couple sub-woofers, and a great TV. Along with a nice couch to sit on. I'll also need a big enough room, the size of our current Den would probally be big enough to fancy up the room with speakers, but certainly not too much. Thats not a good thing.

((Imagine, I can hide TVs and speakers in the walls, and have a library of DVDs come 0out of the wall too. Infact, I bet theres enough room to stick a hide-away fridge somewhere for snacks....))

You may not have to hide speakers. In fact, you may not need speakers in the future. I heard they are experimenting with a device that projects sound. With that item, you don't need to place speakers all around the room for surround sound. I'm not sure if they're having any success with it.

I like speakers. They're nice and showy. If they managesto shrink them down to size I'd still like to get some flashy ones to put in corners and near the TV. I would like to put some small speakers on shelves in the corner for surrond sound like we do currently.

Its one thing to sit in a room with only a TV and not see everything thats making the noise and effects, and then to see the speakers right next to you too. I'd like them to be visable, so we know what we're hearing the things from. It fits, when you think of surrond sound you think of speakers around you, not invisable ones you can't see. They're something that fits into the image of a home theatre.

I'd just like to do away with the collection all together. Like with my CD's now . They all live in the closet, and I play the mp3s from the fileserver from anywhere. (Come to think of it, the fileserver lives in the closet next to the CDs.)

Mine is to establish a full-service Pagan cemetary. Lake for Viking funerals, with a boatwright's shop; a burning ghat; pyramids and rock tombs with a mummification tent; sacred grove; the works. Unfortunately we couldn't have sky burial platforms owing to sanitation laws, otherwise you bet I'd have something like that. Honour to the First Nations.

One of my life goals is to roadtrip the Silk Road, Shanghai to Venice. The only thing that's kept me from actively pursuing this goal is that a portion of the Silk Road goes through Iran...meesa no vant go dere, dey wouldn't like me :( Hopefully the theocracy in place will dissolve within my lifetime.

Another dream is to build a dinosaur park. Since Oregon has a dinosaur park, though, I'd probably apply the concept to creating a "Bestiary" and instead of apatosauri and Ty Rexes, I'd have mythological creatures. Imagine walking around the corner and coming face-to-face with a Ki-rin, Makaras popping out of the river just past Christophoros, a weretiger guarding a temple in a grove!

LOL! i wanna work for that!

I want to be an artist. Whether this is

Concpt art for comp games
textureing fro comp games
model making fro comp games
making comp games
writing lore for comp games
subsisting via selling art of some form
illustrating books

It would also be aweomse to be a writer; i ahvea a pretty detailed univese set upo that is just BEGGING for a good book to be written in it, as soon as i understand more science so that I don't have glaring discrepancies between reality and my univierse (such as, calling earth gravity 10 feet per second squared instead of 9.8 mterrs per second squared, pretending I had earth)

that's mainly it. I could also do computer fixing work, painting on a large scale, or tree jobs (like, cutting off dead branches or entire branches or entre trees or whathaveyou- i'd be pretty good at it, provided i got to actualyl go up in the tree and chop stuff with pointy objects)

I have some small goals I'd like to finish soon. One: My bookshelf is completely filled up with books(duh) and random things. So I have this stack of books that started building up on the floor. As off now its up to my waist, but my goal is to stack it up all the way up close to my height before 'i move into my new room :D Also to complete my ultimate dvd collection. I'm trying to buy every movie on dvd that I really like. I have about 55 dvds now, but their is at least 130 movies I want in all :D And that list goes up with each new movie I see and enjoy. 8) And it would be great(though unlikely) to pass my stupid statistics class the first time through.

I would like to go to a good art college and do well. Get a job with art would be great. I'd like to work with animated movies, maybe be a concept artist or a storyboard artist :) Illustration doesnt sound bad, I'd enjoy that as well. I also have a few book ideas floating around in me head; it would be nice if I could write them down decently one day. :D And being a werewolf of course

Well, I'd like to get off my hiney and finish the music I'm writing for my next solo project, and for Wolf, and get down to Guatemala next spring for a concert I'm doing there.

Aside from that, I'd like to see some of my music go to the Grammies this year, which, with my foot in the door, might actually happen. Granted, winning a Grammy would blow my mind, but I'm not betting on that one yet.

I'd like to finish scripting my little fiction project (Bewere of Ghulidalen is a part of it), and get enough money so that all I have to do all day is make music, or write fiction, if I want to.
Everyday should be Towel Day.

My life goals hmmmm..... your going to laugh but I want to get a degree in ancient languages, :( then go into archeology.

And possibly double major in physics, after that no idea I have an idea for building the ultimate weapon, equaling out the environment (possibly wiping out all life in the oceans, accidently of course if it doesn't work.), and improving on the Atom bomb (does anybody have any spare plutonium it's for a good cause *cough* killing communists *cough* :)

Well, as far as school goes I'd like to Major in chemistry and minor in something related to computers (probably programming). I still haven't looked at very many colleges and I need to retake the ACT. I want to try for a 30 so I can get a full ride scholarship.

Why would we laugh at that? I find it to be quite facinating myself.

I only have two goals at the moment: to get my black belt in Tang Soo Do and to get my books published.

I am interested in genetics and medicine. I would also like to be a chemist. That would be pretty cool to create new medicines and alter genetics. However chemistry is a hard career I noticed.
