I cant seem to find other places that say the same thing. All they say is that hes part of some experiment.

That's all that's known about him -- that he was experimented on by Hojo. His LIMIT attack involves turning into a monster for the remainder of the battle, but I can't remember him ever turning into a vampire... or a werewolf.Shadow Wulf wrote:I cant seem to find other places that say the same thing. Doubtful. If they downplayed a lot of the NPCs to cameo battle appearances, I doubt they'd go through the trouble of working the script to somehow involve one of his monster changes.Blade-of-the-Moon wrote:Does he change in the movie also?
I think the main reason Vincent is getting more camera time than the others is because he was seriously underused throughout the game. He and Yuffie were both optional NPCs, but Yuffie at least got one great big mini-quest to go with hers. Vincent, on the other hand, didn't really say or do anything crucial after you had him in your party. He was, however, easily one of the more favored NPCs in the game, so this all seems like compensation for the little attention given to him durring the game.
Plus, Vincent is going to star in his own video game sequel, Dirge of Cerberus. That said, he'll probably only get a supporting role in the movie lest the badass vampire gunslinger suddenly become stale.

Isn't he in Kingdom Hearts 2 also ? I was looking at screencaps of the POTC segment and ran across some others that look like him battling the main character.
