Shadow Wulf: Hey, Snakes are cool. You guys are the epitome of grace and the nobility of the zodiac. My Mom's a Snake and she measures up to it to the millimeter.
Ox personality profile: Well, they got the "arrogant" part wrong, but that might be because I grew out of it. I'm also smart enough to know when I'm fighting a losing battle and walk away...or maybe that's the Monkey ascendant, keeping me honest...
Double-Ox Capricorn...how's that for stick-to-itiveness?

I am the fire sheep! *flames shoots out mouth* BAAAAAAA!!!!
FIRE SHEEP - 1907, 1967, 2027
The Fire Sheep is sure-footed; he is more courageous about following his intuitions and he will take the initiative in his work.
His creativity lies in his ability to dramatize rather than invent. He can highlight strong points and play down weaknesses. Even experimenting with vivid colors, he can still produce restful and pleasant compositions.
He would like to own a stately home if possible, because he is indulgent where his personal comforts are concerned and he likes to entertain lavishly. Consequently, he is likely to overextend himself financially and mismanage his own affairs.
Fire makes him very energetic and aggressive. He is outspoken when offended. He will exhibit an enticing personal grace but his emotionalism could, at times, defy logic.
When the Fire Sheep is negative, he is given to wistful thinking without realizing the benefits of his present situation. He reaches for the proverbial pie in the sky and will be sullen and spiteful when discouraged by reality.

Well uh, actually no. Depending on how I'm feeling it could take five days or five seconds. I'm usually worse if I put up with annoyance or whatever for longer. I could compare my temper to a volcano. You never know when it's going to erupt, or how strong it'll be. It can vary from a mere puff of smoke that lasts only a minute to something that rivals Mount St. Helens or Vesuvius (the one that buried Pompeii) that lasts for weeks.

Heh. I didn't know there were elements to go with the zodiacs.
I'm a (metal) Horse. Dog would've been cooler, but Horse is good enough.
Metal. Hehe. ph34r:

I'm a metal ram/sheep/goat. :3
Oh, my mother got a fortune book for the year. According to that, people born in the years of the dog, sheep, and ox have to be careful this year. Something about badluck befalling them or something. I don't remember all that much of what she told me.

Yeah, it's a Dog year. One Chinese astrology book I read said that Dogs are the ultra-paranoid, looking-for-enemies-whether-they-exist-or-not, benevolent tyrants of the zodiac. (My analogy was "Berkeleyites").
Considering that I have cancer and anaemia, I don't know if my luck can get any worse. And Metal conquers Fire in Chinese alchemy, I believe.

I don't know about alchemy, but the elements in the zodiac have a creative cycle and a destructive one.
Creative:
Fire -> Earth -> Metal -> Water -> Wood -> Fire
Fire creates earth, earth creates metal, metal creates water, water nourishes wood, wood feeds fire.
Destructive:
Fire -> Wood -> Earth -> Water -> Metal -> Wood -> Fire
Fire destroys wood, wood destroys earth, earth dams water, water rusts metal, metal cuts wood.

There's different interpretations, I guess. This is what I read:
From Metal we get Water; from Water we get Wood; from Wood we get Fire; from Fire we get Earth; from Earth we get Metal.
In the zodiac, they say Earth conquers Water by damming it (as between stream banks, levees, dams, et alia) but we know that Water erodes Earth. That's something of a conundrum, I guess.
