Sony Mylo. mp3 player, video player, picture viewer, and wi-fi portable internet device. I despise how it is marketed (mostly to the myspace generation), but as far as functionality, it's great.
The only problem is it's a pain in the butt to get the videos to work right.

Dont own any kind of portable devices. Not even a cell phone. I hate carrying things. And while I love love love music, I like to hear whats going on around me. :)

Yes, the biggest reason why I will not listen to music in public.

You can have your cake and eat it- Sony, for example, makes a sort of mini-headphone that sits outside the ear on a headband; but doesn't interfere with hearing your surroundings-provided you don't crank things up to the ceiling.
When I listen- I'm in a place where I can see anyone approaching me and I'm ususlly bored with what's happening around me or I'm outside and I've put on some trance music: like up in the local National Forest for example-Sitting under a pine tree with American Indian flute music floating through my head, or out at night away from the lights; looking up at the stars with Novus Magnificat playing...can't touch me, 'cause I'm not there... :D

I bought a refurbished Zune for a hundred dollars, looks like new, working great, this should be fine for some time, nice player, just need to get used to the Zune software.

Thirty giga bytes is a good amount of storage.

My tongue, larynx, pharynx, lungs...and when I hum, my sinus cavities.

Oh! You meant technological?
That would be my car stereo. I have a Discman but it's been sitting in a drawer for several years. Can't afford an iPod.

Ipod needs a hard drive based player for less, a fourty giga byte for one hundred and fifty, going from four giga bytes, eight then eighty, my guess is that it would be in the same pricing with the nano's and they do not want to do that, even with the nanos being flash based.

Does anyone consider any possible music device too small?

Yes.

Not that I mind small electronics, I have never held either Ipod Nano, so I do not know if it would feel too small, curious if others find some to be just a little to small at times.
