hehe... i just figured out what was wrong and turned no nthe speakers.... hilarious....

The other day I was cooking my favorite soup, brocily (sp?) and cheese soup, and was wondering why it wasn't cooking though. The stove wasn't on.

god. i feel like such an idiot. i finally get a video explaining this whole ducky phenomenon and i CANT HEAR IT. only at the part where AB's explaining though. i got something about a burnt duck. will someone please explain it to me?

OK, here's the duckie thing in a nutshell.

At one point, we were still deciding on a name for The Pack, back when it was That Web Site for That Movie With the Working Title "Devoured." Someone jokingly suggested "Duckies."

It quickly became an inside joke, and Figarou posted several cute duckie icons on the still-growing and ongoing "Wolf smileys" topic. (http://www.calypso-blue.com/werewolf/viewtopic.php?t=62) Jokes started to circulate about hurling rubber duckies at each other, and it's blossomed from there.

You got the 1st part right. That person was Xodiac. He mention duckies as a joke during the poll.

After that, it was placed in the poll as a joke. Some of us actually voted for it!! It was taken out and akujiwolf started the poll over.

Later, Tesatras mentioned several items as a safehouse marker. A rubber duck was one of them.

I was the one who started tossing duckies. I typed it in my post as *Tosses a duckie at (Packmember)* I think Vuldari or Tesatras was the 1st victim.

During that time, I was doing wolf icon edits. There are numerous times where I started to act silly and Tesatras didn't like it. He wanted to everyone to stay "on-topic." Sometimes he posts dancing characters. I'm not sure what it really means.

That got me thinking. Instead of typing in *tosses a duckie at...* I wanted people to see it in action!! So I started working on a wolf getting hit by a rubber duckie icon

Tesatras became my 1st victim to this wolf icon!!! --->

Later, I found a duckie icon and did some editing to it.

well, that sounds like a good idea. Thing is, I'm not the one in control of the web site.

What I posted above is 100% acurate. I was trying to find the post where I typed *tosses a duckie at...* for the 1st time. I couldn't find it. Its out there somewhere.
