Try using a beach towel instead. :D

As for controlled shifting.....I do it all the time. How else can I get that 18 wheeler going? :grinp:

A shower would be even more effective.

About shifting, I hear eighteen wheelers take a little getting used to, for those just starting.

I so would too. I'm staring at a sort of white piece of paper, trying to think on Lycanthropy and too many thoughts at once. :x

Any thoughts winning over others?

Not at the moment. Perfectionist side of me wants everything perfect even though it's just notes and no one but me reads them. Sheesh.

I am the same way with many things, want it perfect, and if I do not yet have the skill I want it done well sooner then later.

Driving your self a little crazy it sounds, what type of notes do you want to complete?

Like a Lycanthropy fact sheet, possibly something that is in pamphlets at every doctor's office in my world. I'm stumbling over if it's a virus or a viroid...Viroid sounds better, but Human Lycanthropy Virus has a ring to it. Bark. :explode:

Really leaning for virus?
Too many items for one page, different ideas?
Most likely going to change many times before you are happy with it.

This is what you REALLY need. Grin colonp

Brain's just thinking about the fact sheet, but then ideas for the beginning of the novel/script, the characters...all at once. It's making me feel overloaded and wanting to run from the writing rather continue. :x Maybe it's just late...

Even when you know you should try to do one at a time you cannot just turn your mind off to not think of other parts.

How long have you been working on this?

I've got three works I switch between. Started this maybe around a year ago, but went back to it about two months ago.

Keeping busy with your stories,
I am not a writer, however, I have thought of different ideas and lot of thoughts come up at the same time and changing quite often.

Think you will be able to clear some of the random thoughts away? Unless it is too late. :D

Attempting. I'm more of a day writer, but my fingers are twitching to write. I have chapters 1-3 on this novel, but I had a dream that I kept getting on a different beginning so I might change it. :( And I even have thoughts on making a script instead...Who knows...

How long do you want your novels to be?

Sounds like your story could change a bit before it is finished.

 I have to have everything perfect and I just can't get that out of my head no matter how I try. I'm sure if I go on with the second beginning, I'll like the first beginning and then try and change it back. Then I'll probably attempt to mix them both...It'll probably change even before getting past the beginning. It's so frustrating that I'll stop writing and go on to something else. Hence why I have three works and none are finished....Sigh...

Evening know you are hard on yourself, that does not mean you are going to stop.
Just think, even when you think you have it perfect, by the time you are near the end, you may want to alter the beginning again.............wait, that was not helpful. :D

Write both beginnings, takes longer then see which one sits better after awhile. (If someone had the time)

 I probably will. Maybe I'll post them on here...maybe...leery in putting my stuff online. Years ago, I did somewhere else and then found my work on someone else's site, claiming it was there work... :x Yeah...Maybe...
