Probablly because this is most liekly about the best movie Werewolf.

Games have a tendancy to actually have wolf-like werewolves, compared to movies.

And because games don't have live action people / environs to interact with, they can get away with a larger amount of CG 'blockiness' than most would tolerate in a movie.
