I got a B on my Language Arts exam you know? Just because I like people to use good grammer and I do love to see great vobabulary, it does help to best articulate what you are speaking off, but I don't think Best English is too germane.
:D
Do I have to give you THE MOST MODEST AWARD :D
No, half the time I love to act supercilious towards others, or just arrogant. I can't say I'm too pretentious though.

I think both ABrownrigg and *gasp* WolvenOne would qualify for such an award.

Terastas, Silverclaw, Figarou, Apokryltaros, Vuldari, and Scott Gardener are all right up in there, too.

There was a few months there where I wasn't terribly active so I'm sure somebody else is more suitable. I'd love to claim a reward but I'd feel guilty if I wasn't completly honest about my shortcomings.

I'm not so sure that matters, really. You're the oldest member here other than ABrownrigg that's still active today. Surely that's worth something?

I think you should get an award for that.
:D

Yes: You get the I MAY BE AN OLDBIE, BUT I'M STILL KICKIN' AWARD.

I could've been higher up if I wasn't so picky. I saw this new forum from a link at (werewolf.com). I came here, looked around, then left. I joined a few days later.

Okay, here's some new awards I'd like to throw out....

Lucky Dog: The Award for whomever has experienced the most life or death situations and, of course, walked away. I'm going to exempt myself from running for this one cause.... er... lets just say I've had an unusual life and since I brought up the award it'd look bad if I instantly won.

Wolves Stomach Award: A wolf can eat 30 pounds of food in one sitting I believe. Whomever gets closest to that mark wins this one.

Technical Ineptitude Award: This is more about being clutzy with technalogy, not knowing how to enter the MUCK or IRC won't go very far.

Making it up as you're going along Award: Goes to the person best at improvising.

Hmm.... anybody else wanna nominate themselves for the making-it up award?

and fig, unless that girls a forum member I'm not sure she's eligable. Though that is darn impresive and if she were a forum member she would probably win hands down.

Okay, well, anybody want to try claiming the "Lucky Dog" award? Come now, surely at least one of you has walked away from a life-threatening situation....

...I'll feel like I total wierdo if I'm the only one... (keep in mind, I'm ineligable since I suggested it)

Maybe I could get both the Making-it Up award and the Lucky Dog award in one fell swoop...

You might as well hand it to me because I had so many life-threatening situations in my truck driving career.

An 18 wheeler filpped onto its side in front of me. I could've been killed if I wasn't paying attention to what was going on. I stopped in time to avoid crashing into him. Also had a guy trying to run from the cops. He was hauling a** on the wrong side of the road. Its a scary situation when you see a pair of headlights coming right at you.

The list goes on.

well, I'm exempt but I might as well list off some of my life-and-death experiences.

Car Crashes

Being thrown out of a moving vehicle

Sleding under a FAST moving vehicle

Close encounters with large Alaskan Mammals

Being stranded out in the Alaskan Wilderness, and subsequently almost seeing my fathers head chopped off in front of me. (I was like 7, if that blade hadn't stopped just in the nick of time I probably would've died as a result.)

Nearly drowning, twice.

Nearly having my head taken off when I carelessly stuck my head out of a moving vehicle.

Risking Hypothermia

and you know what, I'm gonna stop there before this list gets out of hand.

Servivor goes to Wolvenone. Sorry man you deserved it.
the most I had was almost falling off of a van while on the freeway, alomost being bitten by a poisonouse spider multiple times, almost drowned aswell when my old friend was playing too rough in the pool and kept my head underwater too long. oh and being dragged at the back of an ATV vehicle

Coming from the person without the scifi channel, you do know they remade it and it looks really cool. But I agree Sg1 is the king hands down, they are on top. :)

I agree with that. The most dangerous situation I've gotten into was when I nearly drowned in the wavepool at Raging Waters over in Utah.
