one time when I was playing basket ball I was able to get a fake tounge that day.... and I put the fake tounge with some fake blood in my mouth, then got in the right spot for the basket ball to hit me right on the head....
then I pretended to cry, opened my mouth....and the fake tounge and blood fell on the ground...and my friends started SCREAMING!!!
oh god it was sooo funny! wish I had a camera back then.

Best way to scare is act like some prop or doll and jump at them when they get clsoe to find out if you are real or not.
