The wonderful positive paintings are from Josephine Wall.

It's not a good idea for an antelope to smother itself in BBQ sauce in front of a hungry leopard.

* No refunds are offered. Only defective product will be offered exchange or store credit.
* Defective products must be reported 7 days after the receipt of the item and must be returned within 30 days from the date you placed your order. Before return, please email us with a description of defect and we will email back you a RMA number. Print out that email with RMA number and enclose it with the return shipment. We are not responsible for return shipping cost as In-Store Retailers won't reimburse your gas charge.
* It may take up to 7 business days to process your return after we receive your product.
Where do they go wrong?

Will you deal with a business that will not pay return postage on a defective item?

The buyer should not have to take a loss on a defective item.

Their statement on In-Store Retailers will not reimburse you for your fuel costs does not hold up, item would have a return postage of over ten dollars minimum, a retailer is most likely in a location that is often visited even if not, the fuel cost is not likely to be over five dollars.

Most locations pay for return shipping on non-working items, I would do the same.

It would seem someone needs to go out and releave his stress out on the wildlife right now not a stranger from a forum. please let your raw hide bone be your stress ball not the arm of an unsuspecting web poster. :|
