And what about you? What are you going to put as a custom title, my precious.Trinity wrote:hmmn Newbie killer? How about Opinonator? *ducks and hides*

See I pretty much read every piece of werewolf folklore I could get my hands on. But I never bring these things up because anyone else can do the same footwork I did. Discussing opinions is much more interesting.Figarou wrote:My posts are not that knowledgeable because I didn't study up on werewolves. I only post my opinion and what I like to see in a werewolf.
True...very true...Figarou wrote:But know this.....curiosity about what others think of you can lead to good things or maybe bad.

Some things I may be much happier NOT knowing.
Oddly enough, despite my enthusiasm for the genre...Lupin wrote:See I pretty much read every piece of werewolf folklore I could get my hands on. Yeah, I don't really consider it very important. It's nice to know, but not necessary.Vuldari wrote:Oddly enough, despite my enthusiasm for the genre...
* #of Werewolf Books read: 0
* #of Werewolf Films seen from beginning to end: 2 (Teen Wolf- Teen Wolf 2)
* Overall knowlage about the origin of the Werewolf Mythology: ...very little before finding this website. (Early on, I actually had alot of false facts in my head.)
If you leave the year blank, it won't display your age in the new birthday section on the index page. Perhaps I should fix the template to omit the "Leave Blank" completely. On a side note: I noticed in the Profile section, it says "Leave blank" after the Birthdate section. Is there a reason why I would want to leave part of that blank, or is that just a mistake?
damn thats sad!! i know you were j/k but dude i'm not luaghingFigarou wrote: For the 1st time in my life, I was able to accomplish something.

I'm sure there's a modification for it somewhere. But if you want to code it yourself:Vuldari wrote:Does anyone know how to implememt the Alternate Profile Image that Shadow Wulf suggested?

...but that got me thinking. Who am I to the rest of you?
When you see Figarou's avatar, you may think of his sense of humor, numerous sight gags (in the form of Emoticon Edits ), and consistant presence here.
GoldenWolf, LoboLeo, etc. are instantly recognised for their artistic talents.
Shadow Wulf is gaining recognition for his obnoxiously frequent references to May Payne...
...but what about me? When you are surfing through a topic and see that I posted a reply, what comes to mind about me?
( "Oh, Vuldari. He's that guy who allways...[fill in the blank]" -or- "Vuldari usually posts stuff like [fill in the blank]"-or-"Vuldari is such a [fill in the blank]" )
...maybe I don't stand out at all in any way you can think of. That's usually the way that I am off the net. Aside from my having Long hair, I don't think most people take much significant notice of me.
I suppose I don't really NEED a custom title. ...but it would be a shame to just let the possibilities go unrealized.

BTW...I like the new additions...even the "QUICK REPLY" box. I have my profile set so it does not actually appear unless I click the button. That works for me.

I am..."The Complainer" *
It may not be self flattering, but you have to admit... it's true...
(*...at least untill I can come up with something I like.)
We have all been in the company of complainers. Their demeanor comes across as WOE IS ME. They feel as if they are suffering more than others. They are self-absorbed in themselves and give their power over to their sufferings. They often become very dependent on their sympathizers
I actually think it may be healthy for me to leave that there for a little while. Seeing that there every time I post a message will help remind me to choose my words more carfully and check mysef whenever I begin to complain unnecesarily. ...the indended effect of which would be to encourage me to be far more polite and accepting, thus making me NOT be "The Complainer" anymore.Figarou wrote:The complainer?
I hope you find a good title for yourself. Tomorrow is your birthday and I want you to be feeling great!! Not feeling down and lonely.
You're among friends here. We all share something in common even though we have our differences.
Indeed...Lupin wrote:That's what that icon is for on the thread display page. Click on that.
Yes!! Thats something we can use when someone talks about a movie. Not all of us whats to be spoiled.Lupin wrote:I just thought of something that might be useful later [spoiler] tags. It's a bit of nifty CSS that blacks out the text until you hover over it with your mouse, then it displays the blacked out text.
