Grrr! I wish there was a way to control what gender these dragons come out as! I now have 3 adult, female, two-headed dragons! Gah!

Well, as you can see, I got my issues with Dragon Cave sorted out...now I'm the keeper of three hatchlings and one egg. I had another hatchling but it hatched too early and went hiding...it didn't show up like Rastinnin did (another escapee), so I abandoned it. No dead dragons so far [touching wood].

My hatchlings, Rastinnin, Azalfafage and Ruchbar, have about three or four days to grow their wings. I'm not overly worried because they have plenty of clicks, but I am a little concerned.

Update! Azafafage grew her wings! She's gonna mature very soon now! :) Me so proud

I've got them on the Cloverfield Movie Forum (one other user has been bitten Image), the E-Playa (but I only have Azalfafage on there; the forum limits sigs to 250 characters), as well as here. I also regularly bark them on my Twitter and Facebook profiles and shouted it on my Digg profile.

I had three eggs at first and they're all mature adults... now i have four hatchlings and i really hope people will click them... i hate that i only go on two forums where people actually go too... eh... the vine one scares me, the magi one's cool as is the guardian one... {those are my adults}

I can't wait to see what comes out of that yin-yang egg.
I'm holding out for the "slightly warm" egg. That turns into the little red one that spouts smoke, right?

This post is CLEARLY NOT advertising the eggs in my signature so that I can get more clicks. I repeat, this is NOT a blatant post to get my dragons to mature faster. I am NOT a crook.

Well, Rastinnin, Azalfafage and Ruchbar got themselves all grown up! They're beautiful!

I adopted some eggs recently. Looks like I'm gonna be adding a Skywing, a Red and a Two-Header shortly. I tried for a silver but someone beat me to it. I only like the male Silvers, though. The female's...odd-looking. She looks more like a mongoose than a dragon.

vrika, your skywing's URL isnt working... i didnt read the posts before so i dont know if this was intentional or not, but i figured it was worth mentioning =P

and i agree the silver female is odd looking.. doesnt mean i dont want one though lol

There, fixed...

Thanks, Whisperwind! :)

I'm thinking of mating Ruchbar and Rastinnin. I took a look on the Egg Rescue HQ board's Breeding thread and saw that (F) Water + (M) Seasonal...well, no-one's mated those yet. But they're not on the "Refused" list, so...

Onward, in the name of Dragon Husbandry!

[Edit] Yay! They produced 1 Water Dragon egg! :)
[Edit 2] But it's got soft-shell disease :(

gah, sorry i havent checked this thread in a bit.. soft shell has two different kinds, one where theres more clicks than unique views (which looking at your dead blue egg looks like the one it had), and one where theres too many views too fast.

it looks like people clicked on your egg but somehow didnt see it? for that i would def recommend putting it on the site that i linked to before - it'll get a ton of views but no more clicks other than whatever forums you post on. or you could remove the link part of the code and only post the image... although i still dont really understand how people clicked on your egg but didnt see it.. *shrugs*

for the second kind, just hide the egg for a day or so.. it'll even itself out as long as its not on death's doorstep.

Hey, Baph, my two-header Dubhe and Mirach turned out to be a boy. I got another Split egg to be a mate to D 'n M. If it turns out to be another boy, wanna trade one of your girls for him?

:o Cool! You got the alt black. I'm angling for one of those.

Are any Dragon Wolves here on the Dragon Cave forum or Egg Rescue HQ?

That's what I was thinking, you can only have two of them. If you get anymore they automatically get abandoned...which is how I got mine

:eyebrow: Ooooooh, meh's jealous! I wanted a Valentine's egg but I'm on dial-up. Some hotshot with high-speed beat me to them all.

Did you see that mass-drop around 11PM Pacific last night? God, it was Valentine's after Valentine's and I was going bonkers clicking to catch one. No joy. Fortunately there are some cool people on the Dragon Cave forum that are catching them for us dial-ups, so I put in for one.

And because my Scroll is getting rather long, I'll post my Incubator instead of linking to them all.

As you can see, I have a couple Storm eggs coming up. The Split breeding campaign is on the back burner for the time being because the Frilled and Geode eggs seem to be bumping Splits out. I only saw three Splits drop yesterday and I missed all three of 'em. The Storm eggs are dropping a little more often but good Dragon Ghods! Last night, I saw so many Earth, Pink, Mint and White eggs my head started spinning. I knew it was time to call it a night when I screamed, "NO!! NO MORE PASTELS!!! AAAAAIIIIIGGGGH!!!!!!" :scream: :supermad:

So. One of the Storms was an AP egg and the other one is the child of Myrkr-kelda and An-Nasl, my Storm female and Skywing male. They liked each other well enough and I can just imagine that rendez-vous...the two breeds most at home in the air, yee-hah!! I'm thinking of calling them "Lopt-myrkva" (Sky Grows Dark) and "Vindr-myrkva" (Wind Grows Dark). When the Winter hatches, I'm not sure what I'll name it. I thought it would hatch first but the new Stone hatchling, Girtab, beat it to the punch. I was going to call it "Azha" ("the hatching place") because it would have been my first bred egg to hatch.

Not applicable. Maybe Cebalrai or Muhlifan.

so ive been trying all day to get a vday dragon (the speckled fragile ones)... no luck. people are going NUTS.

now theres a "500 internal server error" and the sites not loading... not surprising when theres been around 900 users online all day. exceeding bandwidth, much?

:edit: sooo white everyones trying to snag the vday ones, i managed to grab a frilled hatching! =]

kind of a downer though, i actually clicked on a vday egg in time! BUT, one of my eggs chose that time to hatch apparently. so i couldnt have any more hatchlings =[ *sighs*

Since my bred Winter egg hatched just now (welcome, Muhlifan!), I have room for another egg. If the Valentine's Grabbers don't come through, I'll see about grabbing a Split egg or hatchling.

And yes, that's ANOTHER Winter egg in my siggy. Feel free to click. Since all of the names I had picked out for the Winter were taken, I'm not gonna jinx this one by publicly speculating on which name to give it. I probably won't even start thinking about it until it gets its first crack. I'm concentrating on keeping the Storm eggs from getting soft shell; but they seem to be out of the danger zone with 20+ views and 5+ uniques.

HA!!! I GOT ONE!!

not only did i swipe a frilled hatchling and egg (and almost a silver), but 25 min AFTER they stopped dropping someone dropped a vday one on the abandoned page and i swiped him/her!

WHOOHOO!!

*is entirely too excited about this due to a sugar rush* :P

I found a guy who had an extra V-day egg, offering it to the first person that PM'ed him. I shot off a message instantly. Then the site crashed and gave me a 500-error! :x

It's back up now. I'm checking my messages. Hopefully I got one...

D'oh!!
Someone beat me to it :(

Eh, well. Guess I'll try my luck in the AP...

they're still dropping in the AP but you def gotta be quick.

i've noticed they're usually the first or second egg, so try to keep your mouse there and just hit f5 to refresh - good luck!!
