Photoshop. I'm one of the lucky few who has a full version copy of Photoshop. ^.^ eee!

Haven't played with GIMP yet.

Photoshop Elements 2 is what I have.

I guess its good enough for my applications.

You can edit them in Windows Paint as well. Its not the best and can be a major pain. That's what I first learned how to 'paint' digitally in.
