This is one of the first spells ever to be made and cast successfuly, thus giving one the ability to shapeshift and control the beast that lurks within.
Pics or it didn't happen.
I'd be willing to pony up 40 bucks, on the condition that when someone gets the spell and it doesn't work they pursue legal action against the seller for false advertisement and emotional damages.

My guess is its a gypsy spell, since the sellers location is in Romania, but it is completely possible that they just took it from some folklore book.Theres a good chance the spell uses some mind altering herb as well.

"Payment is accepted through PayPal only. You will receive the spell and ritual incantations by e-mail."
Haha, so he/she is asking for people to pay for a e-mail that will not do a damn thing? Like Wingman said, I'd like to see some proof first.

I guess the spell could call for crazy ingredients like ground up dragon bones/ the foot steps of a cat/breath of a fish or something. Would be legal that way; "I said I'd sell you the spell....not the ingredients it calls for..."

I am curious though what the e-mail that he/she sends the costumer is going to look like.

Taking a look at Kay6090's channel:
"Very smooth transaction, A+++ ebayer! Sep-26-09 01:32
Seller: crazy.mitza(8)"
"Very fast payment, A+++ ebayer, a pleasure to deal with! Sep-27-09 02:53
Seller: crazy.mitza(8)"
Pleasure I bet.

Buying a spell on eBay seems like it should be a categorical error, kind of like sending a package by email or taking a stuffed animal toy to a veterinarian because it's got a rip and some loose stuffing. However, the logical architecture of what they're proposing holds up, if one ignores whether or not such a spell has any chance of actually doing anything.

Anyone stupid enough to wonder if this is an actual working magic spell needs to be dunked in an icy lake and slashed in their ankle tendons.

I guess it depends on what sort of magic system the spell would use, as it's certainly possible to make a list of resources and circumstances needed. Or it could be an image of some sort of spell glyph.
I have yet to see a spell represented in mathematical notation, that's always been something I'm curious about. Hmm, I suppose I'd also settle for a functional system of written representation of a spell.

You know, now that I think of it, math does seem like it would be an
excellent medium for a spell. I mean, so much of science can be defined mathematically, why should some other law of reality (magic) be any different?
It's certainly make math a bit more interesting.

Haha, I love this perticular comment on the seller's E-bay as well:
"Great A++++ ebayer! Very good communication! Results starting to show! Nov-26-09 03:32
Buyer: irisdaria(3)"
Edit: OMG, she actually sold the werewolf-spell to 6 people.

If you ever wondered why politicians and advertising people have such (obvious) contempt for the general population's intelligence, I think that sums it up pretty well.
