Why not every week all of us have a certain day we pick to watch a werewolf movie

I just thought this would be a cool idea for all of us werewolf fans

And, I've got such a screwy schedule that I can't guarantee from one week to the next that I can see a movie on the same day. I sometimes work 24 hour ER shifts--and not on the same day each week. Weekends included.

But, it's an interesting thought.

Maybe instead we could do the "movie of the week," and we each watch it on our own time. We could do favorites, so those on a budget will have a better chance of having already seen it, so they won't be left out.

- All the halfway decent werewolf movies will only last us for the first month if we're lucky.

True. Also, many of us have seen all the halfway decent ones several times already. If not for all those problems, though, it would be a cool idea. Kind of like a book club, but with movies.

I'll take Thursday!

It might be better to find out who would like to be in a film club (start a new topic, maybe?). Then assign a movie to view, then review before a certain date. We could watch for, then discuss certain specific attributes of each film (i.e., goofs, good quotes, direction, etc.).

Just some random thoughts.

Well I am just putting an idea out there for us and besides for me I can watch the same werewolf movies over and over again just because I can and also draw more werewolves at the same time and I do understand that everyone doesn't neccesarly have werewolf movies out there, but it is fine

Because being on here is just as good as watching a WW movie, but again I thought it was an interesting concept

Better idea.., why don't we get a group together once a month, of those of us local to each other?

Someof us will have tons of werewolf flicks I'm sure. ;) Even bad, terrible, horrible ones.., like DUN DUN DUN!! DarkWolf!. We could have like an MST3K going on or something. ;) heh.

The point for the bad movies is to make fun of them. Or throw dukies at the TV during really terrible parts. Thus making the movie more enjoyable then it would normally be! XD

Naaaa....there is to many good movies to watch out there. I don't want to waste time with bad ones.

I find watching an interesting film is distracting if I'm trying to draw, but bad films are more of a catalyst (perhaps it's my brain screaming at me to save my retinae. hmm)
