Then we come to a bigger question of how do they shift. If it's something like a hormone spread throughout the body then wouldn't the baby shift too? or another "If there's a "homemade" seditive what if the baby gets and overdose?
"There are no stupid questions. However, there are many inquistive idiots."

So is their a consences about werewolves and um..their 'season'? Is there a WW mating season like with real wolves, then they'd have 'me-so-horney'-periods. Or stay in a human cycle with 'Didnt-get-pregnet-this-month'-period? Or something of a mix between the two?

Not entirely sure. From what it seems ( I think its earlier in this thread ) that teh going consensus ( smack me if I am wrong ) is that the female's hormonal system / 'estreus' period / breeding cycle / blah compromises between the wolf and human cycles. So that through summer there is less bleeding, as well as urges to breed. But on the upswing of teh cycle, bleeding increases slightly ( though still lessened by 'normal' standards ) and the urges become more and more powerful.

I did a poll some time ago on whether or not werewolves have a mating season. If you look through the pages you might be able to dig it up.

( following the idea of the baby changing with the mother - as her hormones and biochemical make up woudl somewhat superceded the infant's own. Though there is still the instance of the umbilical cord / placenta detaching from the uterine wall, casuing an abort. )
