Story Line

What I'm most concerned about is the storyline. I'd like to avoid any cliche' crap about werewolves that has been completly overdone in the past.

Examples:

Werewolves randomly transforming humans

Werewolves killing for "Blood lust"

Werewolves being unintelligent (I'm REAL tired of that one)

Please avoid these stereo-types at all costs. Me and every other furry out there would definitly thank ya for it!

Don't, we've already done a heap-load of ranting about the Hollywood stereotypical werewolves. Rest easy my friend.

:? Where's the topic? I'm going to see if there's anything left un-ranted, like shortage of women werewolves, or ears that are too long and not triangular enough.

Werewolves randomly transforming humans
Werewolves won’t be randomly transforming into humans or anything else.

Werewolves killing for "Blood lust"
Well, werewolves are like people, good and bad. There are “bloodlust’ humans, and there might be bloodlust werewolves. But they will be BAD werewolves.

Werewolves being unintelligent (I'm REAL tired of that one)
There will be no ravening beasts in this. Well, there may be, but they won’t be werewolves.

There will women werewolves — look a the stills. There will DEFINITELY be women werewolve.s And if you have any questions about the ears, look at Tim Albee’s work.

Hope this answered some of the questions.

Can't wait to see the female werewolves.
How different will they be from the male werewolves, other than the shape. ??
I think breasts work fine if you don t add teh nipples, that way you won;t have to worry about censoring.

I agree, the last thing we need is another media circus like the one that happened after the Super Bowl

No worries... the only way a werewolf could have a 'wardrobe malfunction' would be if someone went after her was an electric razor.

Although, the mental image of Justin Timberlake being mauled by an angry werewolf femme IS a surprisingly pleasant one for me...

Please don't put him in the movie, and have him scream in a girly voice: We don't want our audiences' heads exploding.

It sounds like werewolves are going to be reinvented again, so the story line, I'm guessing, will be somewhat of a run-through of the typical "initiation process." That said, I think Devoured will only seem like a typical werewolf movie in the first half-hour. Most movie-goers aren't used to the idea of werewolves being good guys, so the werewolves themselves would need to be introduced before the plot. I imagine once that's covered, the fun begins.

One more thing...
Please don't give in to this fad and portray the werewolves as being raging sexpots.

I don't recall that occuring, outside of a few of the "Howling" sequels...

(although, if a werewolf femme felt like hitting on me, I certainly wouldn't turn her down... lck hwlwnk )

And Darkwolf...
...and Wolfhound...
...and most likely an anime or two.

And anything written by S. P. Somtow.
(I swear, Somtow has an overwhelming urination fetish)
