What rock songs remind you of a werewolf? For me it's ''down with the sickness'' by disturbed.

"Dancing In the Moonlight"
-"...supernatural delight..."
-"...they don't bark and they don't bite..."
----------
(Question: When I googled the song, it labeled it as a "movie soundtrack" but absolutely nowhere could I find any mention to what movie it came from. Does anyone know?)

You know, I always got a mild Lycanthropic vibe from that song...
Maybe its the whole sickness thing, and the part about the face and how "
..Violently it changes..."
Anywho:
Werewolves of London (Duh, hehe)
In The Year Of The Wolf by Motorhead
Of Wolf and Man by Metallica
..more when I remeber..

"Invincible" by Pat Benatar
"This bloody road remains a mystery
This sudden darkness fills the air...
..And with the power of conviction
There is no sacrifice
It's a do or die situation
We will be Invincible"

I kinda like "Goodnight Moon". I don't know who sings it, but it's at the very end of Kill Bill Volume 2. It almost sounds like a werewolf followed the woman home or something. Me like.

Plus, it's just a good song in general.

Duran Duran - Hungry Like The Wolf
...Why rock specifically? Don't want us to name fifty-million songs?

Stray, Kanno and Steve Contre
Strangers, by Beautiful Losers
Neither count as rock, exactly. But they do remind me of werewolves.
Look Through My Eyes, Phil Collins
Bloody Valentine, Good Charlotte (Werewolf love

)
Faint, Linkin Park
In The Air Tonight, Phil Collins
The Wolf In You, Chama

This one just popped into my head: Crawling by Linkin Park.
Crawling in my skin
These wounds, they will not heal
Fear is how I fall
Confusing what is real

Maneater by Daryl Hall & John Oates
I think she is a catwoman, according to the lyrics.

Whenever I hear Down With the Sickness, I always think werewolf. Faint by Linkin Park is another good one, I know I have one that hasn't already been posted I just can't remember which. Oh well I will eventually

Scratch that, it's not rock.
There's a really cool German band that I like called Tanz mit Laibach (I think). I also like Ramstein.

Umm, its rock. People have a very narrow version of 'rock.' I hate heavy metal crap, its garbage noise. I really can't see any real wolf actually enjoying it. I think they play it to scare wolves away from ranches! And yet its in most werewolf movies ..... one of many reasons why I find most werewolf movies bad. :/
If it gives me a headache, its not fricking music.

How about 'Lost in Hollywood' by System of the Down? There's nothing particularly wolfy about it... but it just reminds me of the werewolf sent out by Hollywood.

Yeah... I never thought of it that way, and I'm a longterm Disturbed fan too (their new album comes out Sept. 20th).
Linkin Park's "Crawling" and "Faint" work too. Cool.
The one that makes me think of werewolves the most though is (duh) Metallica: Of Wolf and Man. Good Song!

I'm surprised nobody's mentioned "Of Wolf and Man" by Metallica, "Bark at the Moon" by Ozzy Osbourne or "Green River" by Credence Clearwater Revival (and if someone has and I missed your post, hold that thought while I paint a bullseye on my forehead).
Another good one might be "The Mission" by 30 Seconds to Mars
I open up my head
Inside I find another person's mind
I'm gonna take this chance I've got
I run denying as we speak
Hiding my face among the weak
Some say their day is all away
Into the wild
I'm with a mission
Over the hill
Come here with me
Into the wild
Into the wild
High above the serpentine
I cross below the well-worn lines
Entangled in a missing memory
I find an oversight
I formed this sword that will give rise
To something the world is here to seize
Into the wild
Into the wild
Into the wild
I'm with a mission
Over the hill
Come here with me
Into the wild
I'm with a mission
Over the hill
Come here with me

You beat me to it, Reilune! I guess I took too long making my animation.
Yeah I mentioned that song in my last post here, and I've never tossed a duckie before, but here goes:

That is one cool emoticon, I'm going to have to listen to some of those songs, I've never heard a lot of them. I've been listening to "Of Wolf And Man" alot recently. "Slide Me Under the Moon" too. Both very good werewolf songs, still can't remember which song I was thinking of before though.
