Projects in The Pack

Post by Baphnedia »

This is a central place for the various projects (many of them creative), here on The Pack to get the word spread. One wolf howling about their own project does not reach nearly as many people as effectively as five wolves howling, all in different areas. We have over 2,000 members, so you can imagine just how much of a boon to those of us who are working on various projects this can be.

We don't ask you to spam your friends lists, rather that once a week that you spread the word on one of the projects in this thread. I include those of us who post here with our projects, to also support one another in this. Don't repeat spreading the word on a project until you've made it through the whole thread. Please, just make one post per project; if you want to reply to someone who posted something here, send them a PM or create a new thread to talk about their project in detail. This will keep moderators, admins and everyone helping find projects and spread the word happy, by this thread not getting cluttered with conversation.

If you are posting a project, please include the project name, a quick description of the project, URL (website link) and a link to a reasonably-sized image that can be used as a thumbnail. If you need post an update about your project, please post in the Project Updates thread (soon to be posted), or in a thread individual to your project. It is OK for a single member of The Pack to post multiple projects, but they need to be involved, or in charge of the projects they post.

If you are sharing a project, please let the person whose project you're sharing know that you're sharing, and a way for them to see what you've shared. You don't work for that person, but at the same time, spreading the word can cause as much harm as good for the person you're trying to help. I recommend PMming that person and sending them a draft and receive a thumbs-up, or at least let them know how and where you spread the word, so that they can react if anything is amiss.

I'll give a current project as an example:

SIN (a barely bible-based card game from Paradice Games)

A small number of crazy and disgruntled players decided it was high time to create their own collectible card game. We believe that players should not have to fork out $500+ to get every single card, several times per year and that once you buy a card, you can continue to use it in tournaments as long as you like. Presently, the person who was putting his wallet into the game became unemployed, and is now funding all of the artwork through Kickstarter. To get to know what these people are like, here are a few links:
