Its a free first person, squad based shooter. Its been around for a little more than 2 years, and is not the most graphically eyecatching game, but it is really fun and easily customizable.

Yep, its all online... it can be downloaded from RTCWfiles.com
the 2.06 patch is also needed. You can also go to my clan's website www.clan-kaos.com (its in the download section)
right now we have the highest rated server, and is a great place to start. just look for Gibby (me) lol

much better than the original return to castle wolfenstein(on the multiplayer side that is). i used to be hooked on this mod(if you can even call it that) to bad i dont play it anymore.

Yeha, i dont play as much asa i used to because of classes.

but i try to play a few times a week. The biggest reason i stil play is because of the people i play with. Really good pepole they are.

Laggy game, and it is really hard sometimes to join a game with that lag. But sinds its free, I can forgive the developer that. Besides, the game itself is fun. Only minor is that I think its really easy. Maybe its because I play a lot of Counter-Strike, but even at close range, I frequently own people.

both of your problems with the game can be fixed by finding a good server ;)

I agree. If you are getting lag its either because of a bad server, or a computer that is in need of an upgrade (like mine).
The server i play on has relativly low lag, though there are some maps that are naturally full of it. but thats a risk you take when you play custom maps...lol

No. ET should work fine, like every Quake 3-engine powered game on my computer. Its just something with the servers, because I experience the same with Counter-Strike sometimes, but only shorter.
