Pasta mostly, if only because it's cheap, filling and easy to make.
Second would be seafood, predominantly scallops and haddock, at least assuming their made right... Although that's pretty much the one and only thing my mother is good at cooking (so she cooks it a lot), and what with what's going on between her, me and my brother (yup, their still at it, but I'm tired of boring you with it and which you're probably tired of hearing about it), that's starting tasting a tad bitter as of late.

Gimme a bucketful of whipped cream and I'm ORGASMIC!
Toss in a few pieces of milk chocolate and a few strawberries, and I'll faint from sheer joy.

I don't really like low-class 'american' food, such as corndogs, hot dogs, and hamburgers (yeah I know they're not technically american). Bleah.

Key word is "low class".
You've just never had GOOD ones before. Which is not suprising, as most people don't know how to prepare these "middle class delicacies"
right.
Good 'ol
americanized open flame grill food is quite delightful when skillfully prepared.
...but since most people either burn it, or try to make up for lost flavor (due to poor quality of ingredients or improper cooking) by drowning it in greasy fat, or cheap sauces, I'm not suprised you don't care for it.
Anyway...
I Love Pepperoni Pizza...
Most dishes prepared with marinara sauce...
...or most pasta for that matter...
MEAT (steak, ribs, chops, ground...etc...)
...heck...I just like FOOD.
(Though you would never guessl by how skinny I am)
I tend to dislike most things considered "gormet" though. In my experience, 'Gormet' usually equals
"gross".
I prefer simple, refined flavors most of the time.
When I am in the mood for it, a PB&J sandwich is like a delicacy to me.
...though, that is not to say that I don't enjoy eating things that are a litlle more 'exotic' now and then.
Like I said...I just like FOOD.

Ooh, forgot to add ginger ale. Ah, I love the way it burns!!
Also, fried chicken from popeyes'. Damn!!!
I also like lemons. I forgot to add that. Give me a lemon, knife, and some salt, and I'm happy for the next 10-30 minutes.
Also, cucumbers and vinegar, and salt combined together. Mraow!!!
@Vuldari
Perhaps one day I will be able to find a place that prepares such food well. On occasion, I will find a hot dog that I like, but it's hard for me to ignore the fact that it's made of all the leftover animal parts and fat that don't belong in any other meals.

Excelsia - I agree with Vuldari, it may be the quality of burgers you ate. Thres lots of good resturaunts I know around me that serve good burgers - FuddRockers, Smokey Bens, Tony Romas, Cheese Burger in Paradise (yes, like the song.) etc etc. I love ham burgers from places like those. Also if someone is cooking at home themselves it depends on how good they are, and the quality of the beef.
And yes, lemons are great! (We need a wolf eating a lemon and getting that puckered up face. And maybe one eating hot sauce too....)
Lets all not forget Donuts!
And chocolate icecream....

Give me some nice aged ground chuck (80% lean has the best flavor), salt, pepper, worsterchire(sp?) sauce, and garlic powder, and I could cook you a real hamburger.
I forgot what they are called, but I love those Greek things (domas or something) its ground beef with rice wrapped in a grape leaf and cooked in a lemon butter sauce. Mmmmm
But if you want to see something funny, go with me to Texas de Brazil. It’s an all you can eat steak house and for like $45 per person.
Another great meal was two years ago, my family went to New York for Easter and we went to a restaurant (can't remember the name) and for like $80 per person, we got all you could drink wine (white and red) and champagne as well as your choice of a one pound steak or lobster or other seafood items. It was wonderful (especially since they let me drink there) and the food was great. It was also the only $1000 meal I have had.
