How big of a window are we looking at, and is there going to be a kind of schedule to this game? I'm only really available on Friday through Sunday, so I'm not sure whether or not I'll be able to participate this time 'round.

It depends, perhaps three days, perhaps a week- the more poeple, the bigger the window, usually.
