I was browsing over some communities at livejournal.com, and I found this entry in the archives in a community called Customers Suck, a community where employees post about extremely rude customers.
No words can describe the entry that I read, cause it's just, wow...

DAMN IT!!!!
You know i don't hit girls but if that was my family I'll beat her to an inch from death. (and i don't care if i go to jail for 25 years) the b**** deserves it!!!
i can't believe that she kills a little girl's puppy because the mother stood up for a 7-11 employee when she was doing the bitching!

I'm sorry but i have similar instances in my life. because people like her have their head so far up the their a** they don't realize their actions have negative effects on other people. because of it, and my family was often the victim of such things.
my mother faced them more often. she was made fun of so bad by her co workers when i lived in California drove us to move Utah. and my mother had a run in a with a woman named Paula (b****) or some thing like that and fired her because she was Mormon. (DON'T BUY FROM MAKING MEMORIES!!)
and my family was threatened numerous times by a woman because she didn't get the highest bid on our house. and she wrote "get out of my house or die!" on our garage door in red spray paint.
if i offend some one, I'm sorry but this thing hit very close to home.

Hey, whatever gets people through the day. As long as I don't find myself blacklisted as a customer I couldn't care less.
PS: In my own experience, some customers (the small minority) really do suck. Those are the same people that make everyone else's life miserable just so everyone feels like them.
Edit: after reading that, I think everybody there were acting pretty poorly.

Why? IMO, she is one.
If it bothers you that the word 'b****' is used for both female dogs and heinous female humans, I don't think there's much that we can do about that. 'b****' in the latter sense is a far more popular usage, I really doubt the world will ever stop using it.

I used to work with a 'b****' like that 16-17 years ago...I seldom hate people to the core (live and let live type of thing) but I had 3 years of her, and god I wanted to kill her.
Father a builder - so brought up in a kind of weathly background unlike most people I know, including myself, and man she thought the sun shined out of her arse and the world owed her everything...
We live in a world going insane.
Grrrrrr........
