Slavka heard Bane reply "man nearly killed me ttoo! i'm glad vladd is dead. you should have let me kill him slavka!"

he's reight slavka decides. she should have let Bane kill vladd. but that's in the past now. bane is back. and slavka is happy again.

"bane i didn't have choice, Vladd was relentless i had no choice besides we couldn't have known that you'll get the nerve to show your face around here again." Anubis said with slight anger in his voice.

Anubis didn't forgive Bane for leaving, because when their dad died his last request was to see his sons again and Anubis has to see the pain in his eyes when Bane wasn't there.

Slavka snarled at anubis. she didn't understasnd why anubis was suddenly so angry at Bane. she snorted at his face and walked away. she heard bane say to his brother "father's death could have been while i was trapped by man. that was about 3 years ago. slavka saved my life. the men were gonna kill me and take my pelt."

"you left 4 years ago! on your own and father wanted to see you for the last time but he never got that." he paused "I watched father cry into his death! you had stayed father wouldn't have died like that."

their father was a proud man. he lead his pack with honor and was a good father. he had a worrier heart, Anubis took to heart when some one of that caliber left the land of the living with so little dignaty with so little pride.

"his last words were "i miss you Bane." i thought you should know that."

Slavka gets tired of hearing the alpha argue with her mate. so she walked back to the two of em' and stepped between them.
"anubis! let it go, what happened in the past cannot be helped. fighting over it will only make thing worse! be gratefull you still have your brother! he almost died, twice!"

Varra hid under a falled log she was scared by all the fighting. She didn't know what was happening. She stayed still and quiet.

Anubis left with out saying a word. he was kind of a guy that dosen't get really emotional over things but his father was always an touchy subject to him he loved his father, and seeing the way he died was a very tramatic for him.

Tala ran over attempting to confort her mate.

slavka asked bane why he hadn't been there with his father. he tells her he hadn't known his father was dying, or he would have been there. he walks over to the log where varra hides and picks her up. slavka follows him as he walks to a large bush and curls up to sleep.

later slavka watches him get up and walk to his brother. she evsdrops.

"Anubis, i'm terribly sorry i wasn't there to be with father when he died. i would have come running as fast as i can had i been near enough to hear any howls you might have cried. i'm sorry brother, i really am."

Anubis sighed, "Dad died from a weapon of man he died slowly and painfully all he wanted was to see you for one last time. father wepted like new born pup because he wont be able to see you again. and you know how he was, you know what kind of man he was. seeing him die like that made a part of me die with him."

their was a uncomfortable sighlace.

"Tell me why did you leave that pack 4 years ago?"

Varra still laid where her father had left her she watched the two large black wolves talk among eachother.

Trelon moved to where Varra was. Looking between the two brothers, he sat down.

slavka was very curious now. bane had never told her why he left his pack.

"why did you leave your fathers pack?" she asked him.

Bane replied, "i never meant to. i got lost trying to outrun a rabid bear. the bear fell off a cliff, but i couldn't find my way home. i tried! i swear i tried!"

Varra looked to Trelon and batted at his tail playfully. She was all full of curiousity as she made every effort to catch his tail.

Trelon laughed as the pup tried to catch his tail. He stood up and began to playfully chase her.

Varra dodged trying to keep away from the older wolf wagging her tail and barking playfully.

Trelon continued to chase her. He hadn't had this much fun since he was a pup.

Varra pounced at him and wagged her tail waiting for him to try and get her she giggles. "You're slow."

Trelon ran at her and laughed.
"Slow?" He asked in a playful growl.

Varra dodged the older wolf and laughed. "Yeah, slow slow slow." She said in a sing song voice as she ran around in circles.

Trelon smiled and slowed down. Looking to the pup, he nodded in disbelief.
"You are really fast. I can't seem to catch you."

Varra stands still wagging her tail.
" I love being fast."
Leaps attempting to pounce the older wolf.

Trelon smiled and looked at the pup.
"Thank you. I haven't had this much fun since I was a pup."

"Anytime. I love to play."
She nuzzles his front leg affectionatly.

Trelon smiled and walked over to Slavka.

slavk sighed and said to anubis "if you aren't going to accept the past and let it drop the bane and i are takinf varra and leaving."

she smiled at her brother and daughter playing.
