Guilty Pleasures
So what movies do you like and are ashamed to admit They may suck or be uber cute or something to that extent, but you just dont care
Me: I like Pokemon:The First Movie(MewTwo Strikes Back) and I still have a soft spot for my childhood Carebear movies.(The first two) Also the talking parrot movie, Paulie. (I always get teary eyed at the end)
Oh the shame of it all!

I liked the third Matrix as well.
The TV series "Lexx" was a guilty pleasure for both Cathey and myself.
I'll admit that the director's cut version of Underworld is a guilty pleasure. I still feel that it's got shortcomings, but it's growing on my in spite of them. By the way, was that the same guy in The Green Mile? The healer and the big, bald werewolf with a deep voice and lots of presence?
Probably my ultimate guilty pleasure would have to be Howling II: Your Sister is a Werewolf. I've ragged and ragged, but, I've seen it four times.

I liked it. I just liked the first one a whole lot more.WereDog wrote:matrix 3, am i realy the only one who liked this one more than the others?
As for me, well. . . Mostly just the ones that have "furry fan!" written all over them. Jungle Emperor Leo and Dot & The Kangaroo, for example. . .
Though to be honest with you, I'd be more embarrassed if anyone I know in RL knew what I sometimes like watching on TV, namely The Koala Bros. and The Backyardigans (you can probably tell by now that I have a soft spot for kangaroos).
But in terms of this forum itself. . . And I can't believe I'm going to admit this. . .
I have Fangface on DVD.

Heart of the Pack:
Actually, there is a Spongebob movie. It stars, not surprisingly, Spongebob Squarepants, but also has an appearance by David Hasselhoff of Baywatch fame. (But, he'll always be Michael Knight as far as I'm concerned.)Spongebob Squarepants. It ain't a movie

There is absolutely nothing to be ashamed of about Gargoyles.Renorei wrote:I also like the old Gargoyles TV show.
As for Pokemon and Yu-Gi-Oh, well. . . It depends on what you like about them. The Pokemon anime makes for a better comedy than an action/adventure (remember the episode where Brock is given Vulpix? That one's hilarious). For Yu-Gi-Oh, just the opposite. The plot is bland, but the dueling sequences are heavily detailed; if you play the card game, you can watch the anime and take notes.
Hmm. . . I don't suppose Samurai Pizza Cats is nothing to be ashamed of either, is it?

Same here. I just can't seperate the face from the Character...even though he is really a famous singer who acts on the side. (Well..."famous" is some countries anyway...)Scott Gardener wrote:... but also has an appearance by David Hasselhoff of Baywatch fame. (But, he'll always be Michael Knight as far as I'm concerned.)
...I actually consider it a life-goal of mine to own a Black 80's Trans-Am T-top some day...
...some day...

SAMURAI PIZZA CATS!!!!!!!!!Anubis wrote:Samurai Pizza Cats!?! WTF! i haven't heard of them, but the name says it all.Terastas wrote:Hmm. . . I don't suppose Samurai Pizza Cats is nothing to be ashamed of either, is it?
what i know i haven't seen it.
That show was soooo stupid, and such a dumb idea that it was awesome! The three cats had lucicrous names (the girl was "Polly Ester" ...I don't remember the others, but they were equally as silly), and the main bad guy literally exploded every time he got mad.
...wierd, awesome stuff...
Did I mention it was really wierd?

I admit I also like the Pokemon movies... or at least the first one. And maybe the third one, the one with Entei in it. Other guilty pleasures.... I used to watch Totally Spies a lot. Before the plot became so bland and like, every other episode there would be a new crush.
