just want to know:
do Werewolfs live in florida or any place like florida?(tropica, hot, rainy)
also, does a blue moon(the 2nd full moon of a rare 2 full moon month) and a birthday on the new moon(16) mean anything to a werewolf or somone considering himself the rare possiblity of being a werewolf?
thx

Depends whether you are speaking of therianthropy, or true physical shape shifting, or if you are discussing the film and 'what you think a werewolf would be if they existed' (The last is what this forum thread is about).

If you're talking about the first, a real werewolf/shape shifter of other species (therianthropes usually), then there are lots of therianthropes who can answer that question (http://www.therianthropy.org)...well not answer it, but look at the possibilities. I'm on there myself but I don't talk much. If you mean physically shape shifting werewolves, of which nobody knows to exist, then I don't know :P

If you mean the latter about the film, then it depends I guess. If your story involves werewolves which shift at the full moon, using its energy (likely from the light source, as the moon is always around even if you can't see it), then I suspect it could have an impact. If your story involves werewolves which shift using a different energy, then no I guess not. Depends what you feel like writing about, I always swap from using the moon to using something else, because I'm not always a moon fan, (for werewolves) but sometimes it just suits the story perfectly, and I am a fan. :P

Also, I assume therianthropes and hollywood werewolves (the fake kind) would populate any habitat, any climate. Depends what their job is and all that.

If you are asking if there are REALLY, REAL Shapeshifting Werewolves Living in Florida right now...for real...

...then NO.

I see no good reason to believe that. I'd say there is about a 0.00000000000000005% chance that a Real werewolf is living ANYWHERE, or ever did.

(Allthough...I know there are others here who disagree with me.)

As for for consensus opinions on where they WOULD live, if they Did exist, then I think that most would agree that there is a good chance that at least one, if not a pack or two would live in Sunny Florida. I don't see why not.

It's all a matter of personal opinion and preference really. I prefer to think that they would be very, very rare, and would be scattered across the globe, but not be "Everywhere". Others may prefer to imagine that there would be packs in every state, province, nation and major city in the world.

I think a better question here is...what do YOU think?

Not sure we can answer that question on this forum 8) I don't know any physically shape shifting werewolves, and have no proof of their existence.

The moon has nothing to do with pshysical shifting. People get that from the movies...And yes werewolves can be found just about anywhere. Though it is rare you will ever find one.

Please don't be offended by the sceptics on this board LoyalReaperDragon, there are just a lot of people that really believe in science and will be very assertive when it comes to 'the real deal' with werewolves.

In any case: welcome to The Pack.

Nah don't be offended, a lot of us here are widely open to the suggestion of werewolf existence. I'm agnostic about God, why not be open about other things? Don't worry, not even doing Biology at Uni gives me enough info to even start arguing about werewolf existence. :P

And he's right Ive forgotten my manners, my apologies, welcome to the pack though you seem to have posted a lot already!

There are no werewolves anywhere.

But if there were...rural Florida would probably be prime werewolf territory.
