Coconut juice at a convenience store

I'm driving a bit of a commute right now--4 and 1/2 hours from Houston to Dallas, until I get moved next month.

Anyway, I stopped for gas, and wanted to get a Starbucks double shot while I was there, but they didn't have one. But, what they did have is a Foco brand coconut juice.

You'll be glad to know I waited until I was at the hotel before drinking it.

I'm a physician practicing emergency medicine at two hospitals, working as a contractor through my own professional association, set up by an accountant as a corporation for tax purposes. Since travelling is a business expense, its costs can be deducted from my total income. After subtracting gas prices, I may be eligible for welfare...
