If he's doing that solely to be funny, then kudos to him. It's a clever idea.
If he's doing it because he actually believes he's a vampire, and becuase he actually finds the sandwich offensive, that's just silly. You don't see jews parading around barbecue places that offer pork.

Perhaps the oddest thing is people, namely the media, but also regular, semi-intellectual people stop and gawk.
