Ive tried searching on google for Shadow Wulf to find some nice images. but then I found my avatar on the results with the link "calypso-blue.com/werewolf" underneath it.
Then I searched the Renorei, same thing!!
In part I wish it didnt put me on google cause people would use my avatar and could also use my screen name more likely. (even if my screen name is fairly common.)

Yep; a Google search for "Scott Gardener" shows me, and more disturbingly, a lot sooner than it shows people whose real names are Scott Gardener. However, if there's a Scott Gardener out there who is paranoid about being easily found, he's probably thankful to me for providing cover.

Yes, on boring days I've been able to google my username myself. And, of course, I've found a link to my username here. This also means I know that I'm the only one who uses the online handle of "outwarddoodles."
What I'm interested in seeing is the day The Pack shows up on the first page when someone types in "werewolf."
"We are not always what we seem, and hardly ever what we dream."
It's amazing the little things Google picks up on.
When I do a search for MY username "Vuldari" I not only get results from my registered account here, and on IGN, and even the "Beyond Good and Evil" website that I registed at once and never revisited...
...but it also brought up results from conversations where Figarou mentioned my name once or twice in a random thread on another forum.

Edit: I can't say 'S#@^'? This filter is as bad as the chip in South Park the Movie.
This forum has a language filter...
...heh...I never knew. I allways censor myself.
Thinking of wierd censoring...On the "NINTENDO" forums, it will not allow you to post a message which contains a period immediately followed by the letter p. I treated it the same way as profanity.
" .p " So it would red flag you if you wrote " I hated that part too, but...Please stop spamming" or anything like that.
...and I use the tripple dot quite excessively, so I had many messages lost because of that.
I was never able to understand why that was.

Personally, I think that the language filter here is a bit too strict. I also think that the immediate removal of all mature content is a little prude-ish. Sure, we don't want to turn into some werewolf pr0n site, but I don't think a little mature content now and again is enough to get all up in a titter over.
Most of the forums I've joined ask you, when you register, if you are over a certain age. I think we should implement something like that.
I really don't like there being a link to my pack profile on google.
But, what can you do.
I could care less if I am a "freak". I don't care what other people think about me. I am me. I am different from the masses of society in unique and profound ways, anyway. Being physically different would trouble me not

Maybe the reason you can't found yourself, is because you don't have a picture.
I'm only able to find the Pack members that have pictures.
The ones that don't have pictures I can't.

I decided to play around with google a bit more myself.
I was curious as to how easily searchable we are. So, typing in "Werewolf," I didn't find anything The Pack related until the 15th page, where I found a link to the "Building the Ultimate Werewolf" site. After that, I later found The Pack on the 18th page.
Yet, if you type in "werewolf discussion" or "The Pack Werewolf" we will show up on the second page.
So, I think, that though we may not be easily found by the simple typing in of 'werewolf' (or, at least, I know that most people wouldn't be going all the way to the 18th page for it.), if someone is interested in Werewolf Discussions, or had heard the name of 'The Pack' before but just didn't have our link, then one should be able to find us.
(By the way, I have my google settings set to show ten results at a time, so this may be different for you.)
"We are not always what we seem, and hardly ever what we dream."
"Ultimate werewolf" puts the Pack on the first page.
You'd still have to look damn hard to find me though. This name isn't only a name, it's a word, and in more than one language at that. (It means three in Korean.)
When I search myself in images I don't find anything relating to me till the 3rd page, which is an avatar for a forum, and then againon the 4th, another avatar. I can't find the avatar forthis forum though. Most of the other pics are of miss spelled caveman, or of the University of Virginia's mascot.
