Yes definetly an improvement over their old design which looked like someone crossed an Alligator with a German Sheppard and mixed in a peacock for somereason.

I watched Digimon.

Didn't like seasons one or two but the third one was okay, a completly different show basically. I have seen some of the fourth season. Looks like they went back to their kiddie stuff.

A shame really, the concept had potential as a none-kiddie anime.
Just check out Lillithmon, the artists were going one way but the writers went another.

I remember when the Pokemon games came out, I bought red and blue back on my old gameboy. At the time it seemed like a good idea and I had hoped it would start a trend.
As an old school RPG fan I always liked the idea of using the monsters as playable characters. the Pokemon games seemed to me like kid level, low grade starters for a new trend in monster catching games. Unfortunatly it became too popular and with the cartoon actually prevented the trend from happening, only a handful of that type of thing came out, and they were all accused of ripping off pokemon.
:(
and I was looking forward to more advanced ones with higher monsters like dragons and golems and such. but the two Lost Kingdoms games were as close to that it seems as we were going to get.

There's nothing wrong with watching silly kids cartoons. I find myself watching all those stupid saturday morning caroons...like that air headed Winx Club. No wonder preteens dont wear clothing anymore between that show and Brats. Yuck!

But I think he looks very cool. 8)

Its always fun to see what kids are watching, especially if they are remakes of the same shows from your own youth like Transformers, Ninja Turtles, or the Fantastic Four.

I caught the Fantastic Four on cartoon network just this last weekend.
Oh my various gods it was funny, the Human Torch looks like a Japanese super-hero, the thing has his underwear showing, and the Skrulls looked like Gremlings.

I'll just borrow this image for a side by side comparison

I also found that the new MetalGarurumon is a cybernetic werewolf unlike the original one which went back to being a quadraped/
