In Kirk Hammett's "Celebrities" thread, I toyed with the idea of wanting to meet some celebrities just to see which one of them really is the biggest asshole in Hollywood.

Well, it's since occurred to me that Hollywood has quite a lot to choose from.

These are just nominations for now, but if somebody names someone you agree is a big-time asshole, please confirm so maybe-maybe-MAYBE we can make a top-ten voting poll eventually.

So far for nominations we have:

Star Jones
Tom Cruise
Kid Rock
Ryan Adams
Adam Corolla
Russell Crowe
Jim Norton
Fred Durst
Corey Feldman
Larry the Cable Guy

President Bush? Not really a Hollywood-star, but he is a asshole though.

That was a surprising ammount of composure on his part, but between jumping on Oprah's couch, parading around his opinion on psychology and being as holier-than-thou as a Scientologist could possibly be, Tom still has a lot to make up for.

Hmm. . . So if Tom Cruise isn't the biggest asshole, maybe he could be exempt from the list as being the most "In Your Face" instead.

Russell Crowe has actually killed a movie, according to at least one rumor I've heard. He was so hard to work with that production of the movie he was in was halted. No point blowing millions on a big name actor if you can't get the film finished.

Thankfully, the overwhelming majority of actors in Hollywood aren't like that at all. Though, for some reason, they can't seem to stay married to the same people very long, and especially not to each other.

Cause there all in it for the money.

I have two theories. The first is that they probably have more stalkers and obsessive fans than we could ever imagine, so they try to have relationships with other celebrities since their more likely to be in love with the persn instead of the fame and fortune.

The other is that it's all publicity.

What I DON'T think is that Hollywood marriages are cover-ups. So far I've yet to see any celebrity wedding where half my family didn't comment that they thought the man of the couple was gay.
