Dragon forums?

Do you guys know of any good dragon forums? I looked all over and i can't find one that is easy going and has a good amount of regulars.
If you guys don't know of one, what about we start one? we can use Fig's cool dragon emoticons!!

Know nothing about web design and all that technical stuff though

Roleplaying is NOT allowed ANYWHERE on Draconic. Do not lie or pretend to be something you are not in order to get attention.
I like RPs, it's a part of forum life to me. Seriously, lets start a forum for dragon enthusiasts among us. We don't have pay to get one from sites like Forums for free, and free pro boards. Lets do it, maybe somebody can make a cool skin for it and we can use figarou's emoticons.

I just tried making a forum just know and i tried with a whole number of forums like Proboards and runboards. those where too much of a pain in the butt to use!!! I tried getting one by phpBB (The only board i found that was easy to use and manage) powered Forumsplace, but since of the high demand of free forums, they are asking ten bucks for activation.
and i don't have any money.

we could add our own dragon section to these forums, though I guess that would take away the fact that we are a werewolf forum

Do you agree that we should make an dragon message board? (not a forum here devoted to dragons but one completely it's own identity like the pack)
I'm thinking of calling it "The Flight" (a group of dragons is called a flight.)

also, its impossible to make you Admin but I can make you a moderator with all the admin privilages

Alright then, I got alot of the Forums up(made the sort of but at the same time not copy THE PACK forums) People can join up when they want

I tried looking for skins (none of them really fit) and i tried asking for a commission for a template, but i have to pay for it or stick around an uber nazi strict forum for a 1,000 posts with out any warnings!!!
you try to giving a wack at it.
Also you forgot a "what a dragon should be" type of thread, and when are you going to make me a mod?

I know how to do SOME templates, for a specific kind of forum. I could likely lern how if you gave me access or just some screenshots of the admni panel.
